Personalized and custom orders

When you submit names or other personalization, you confirm the spelling and content are correct. Personalized and custom items are made to order and are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for shop error (wrong personalization versus your confirmed order) or defect, as described in our Refund & Return policy. Customer typos disclosed on the order are not grounds for refund. You may request cancellation or edits only before production starts. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
